National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The NDIS is a program designed to support Australians under the age of 65 and over the age of 26, with a permanent and significant disability. This support includes funding ‘assistive technology’ such as hearing aids.

Please contact NDIS on 1800 800 110 to ask for an Access Request Form. Applicants may be asked for supporting evidence of their hearing loss, and hearing needs, which will be provided to you by our audiologist after your initial consultation.
