ABOUT US
Specialist care, in your neighbourhood
Tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia are specialist fields, and most people needing this level of care travel across town for it, or interstate. We bring it to Bentleigh East instead.
This is our visiting clinic, consulting every Tuesday. Audiologist Ingrid Lau carries out your assessment, and every appointment follows the same clinical protocols as our main Mount Waverley clinic, developed by our founder Mini Gupta, specialist audiologist in tinnitus, complex hearing loss and sound sensitivity, certified twice in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy under Pawel and Margaret Jastreboff, the clinicians who created it.
Mini then provides the specialist consultation and recommendations. You can see her in person during her visits to Bentleigh East, at our Mount Waverley clinic nearby, or by telehealth, whichever suits you best.
Your audiologists

Mini Gupta
Specialist Audiologist, Tinnitus and Sound Sensitivity. Founder of the clinic, consulting at Mount Waverley and by telehealth.

Ingrid Lau
Audiologist. Leads our paediatric and auditory processing work, consulting at Mount Waverley and our visiting clinics.
Where to find us
We do not have our own reception at this clinic, so please take a seat in the medical group's waiting area and your clinician will come and collect you. Bentleigh East is very close to our Mount Waverley main clinic, so if you cannot find a suitable appointment here, we can usually see you at Mount Waverley instead.
