If you have been living with tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, or a sound sensitivity that no one seems to fully understand, you are not imagining it. And you are not alone.

I’m Mini. I’m a specialist audiologist and the founder of All Ears Hearing & Tinnitus Clinic, and this work chose me as much as I chose it.

I didn’t set out to specialise in tinnitus. When my first complex tinnitus patients arrived, I had no roadmap. I simply listened, kept learning, and followed the science. The deeper I went into how the brain processes and reacts to sound, the more I understood how profoundly these conditions affect people’s lives, and how little support most of them had received before finding us. That understanding became a conviction. Nobody should ever be told to simply learn to live with tinnitus.

That conviction has shaped everything about how I practise.

My Approach

I treat the whole picture, not just the ear. Tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and auditory processing disorders are complex conditions driven by the brain and nervous system, not just by hearing loss. My assessment looks at all the systems involved, including auditory, limbic, autonomic, somatosensory, and cognitive pathways, to understand what is driving your experience and design a management plan that is specific to you.

I work closely with GPs, paediatricians, ENT surgeons, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. For many of my patients, especially children with autism and ADHD, coordinated team-based care makes the most meaningful difference to daily life.

Qualifications & Experience

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Speech Therapy & Audiology and a Master of Audiology from the University of Mysore, India, and a Fellowship in Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Studies from Salus University, USA. I have completed TRT certification twice under tinnitus retraining therapy founders Dr Pawel and Dr Margaret Jastreboff, and in 2025 I organised their last-ever in-person TRT training in Melbourne. I am currently completing a Master of Digital Health at La Trobe University. I am accredited with Audiology Australia (MAudA CCP) and have been practising in Melbourne since 2006.

Patients are referred to me by audiologists and specialists from every state in Australia. Some travel interstate to see me in person. Others find me online from overseas when they have exhausted every option closer to home.

I also mentor audiologists across Australia, speak at conferences, and advocate for better recognition, funding, and standards of care across the audiology profession.
