• Functional Assessments: We evaluate the challenges faced by individuals due to hearing or ear issues, providing insights into how changes in the auditory system—along with neuroplasticity—affect overall quality of life.
• Ear Wax Microsuctiont: Our services include ear wax microsuction and suction following outer ear infections. Please note that these microsuction services are fully private and do not qualify for rebates.

Expert-Led Assessment and Treatment Services by Mini Gupta

All Ears Hearing provides specialized assessment and treatment services exclusively by Mini Gupta for individuals dealing with tinnitus, hyperacusis, and misophonia.

• Private Services: These services are private and are not covered under Medicare, the Hearing Services Program, or private health insurance, even for pensioners, DVA, and NDIS patients.
• Telehealth Appointments: Consultations and management plans are available through telehealth, providing patients with convenient access to expert advice from Mini Gupta.

Collaborative Care

• We work closely with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Our clinic provides tailored reports to general practitioners and specialists, offering specific recommendations for further investigation and management.

Additional Services

• Whiplash Injury Support: We specialize in managing auditory issues resulting from whiplash injuries.
• NDIS Support: We provide services for individuals registered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who experience auditory difficulties as a secondary condition to their primary disability.
• Cultural and Psychosocial Considerations: We take into account cultural factors and mental health challenges that can impact individuals with auditory conditions.
• Comprehensive Auditory Assessment: At All Ears Hearing, we adopt a comprehensive diagnostic approach to determine the causes of your auditory symptoms. Whether you are experiencing ear-related issues such as aural fullness, chronic dizziness, sound hypersensitivity, or similar conditions, we draw on our clinical expertise to uncover the underlying factors and develop personalized management plans. Many patients turn to us after enduring significant frustration, often receiving unclear responses such as “your hearing test results are normal,” “it could be related to stress,” or “please see your doctor.” Our aim is to provide clear insights and effective treatment options for your auditory concerns, ensuring you receive the care you deserve.

Financial Support

• Medicare: Financial support under Medicare is only available for hearing tests, with out-of-pocket costs for all other services. Please note that we do not bulk bill.
• Hearing Services Program: Eligible pensioners and veterans can access a full hearing test and funding for hearing aids through the Hearing Services Program (conditions apply). We advise pensioners and DVA members to refer to the Hearing Services Program Australia’s website for further information.
