Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before making your Order. These Terms and Conditions provide critical information concerning ordering, processing, fulfilment, and delivery of products, as well as liability restrictions.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE NO EFFECT ON YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
These Terms and Conditions form a contract between you, the consumer, and All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd.
1. Agreement:
1.1 All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd is referred to as “We”, “Our” or “Us”; and “You” or “Your” refers to the person who accepts these Terms and Conditions by using this Website and related software, networks, and procedures, including the purchase of Products or services through the Website.
1.2 You agree to these Terms and Conditions by visiting the Website or making an Order, which creates a legally binding agreement between Us and You for the provision of Products.
1.3 Together with your Order, the Agreement is the whole agreement between Us and You for the supply of Products. The Agreement cannot be changed unless we agree in writing or by email.
2. Legal Capacity:
2.1 Orders cannot be placed with All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd if you are under the age of eighteen (18). You acknowledge that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older by accepting this Agreement.
3. Hearing Aid:
3.1 Hearing aids are considered a piece of medical equipment and will only be delivered and fitted in person with a hearing care specialist. Only an All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd authorised hearing practitioner may perform this procedure and provide up to 12 months of after-care through our protocol. This method earns All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd a commission, which is deducted from your investment.
3.2 All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd hearing aid customers will receive a free 12-month supply of after-care services, or up to five sessions, whichever comes first. These five appointments are as follows: I Fitting, (ii) re-tuning, (iii) extra 2-week appointment, if necessary, (iv) 6-month follow-up, if necessary, and (v) 12-month follow-up, if necessary. Outside of these hours, appointments may be charged at the discretion of the All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd authorised clinic. Our basic offer is applicable at participating clinics; however, certain clinics may charge an advance fee to cover their professional services.
If All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd endorsed clinic determines that you have, for example, an ear that is completely occluded with ear wax at your fitting appointment and thus requires more time with the hearing practitioner, they may allow you to: I use one of your 5 pre-paid appointments in lieu of funding this procedure, or (ii) pay for this procedure directly to the All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd endorsed clinic.
When you buy hearing aids from All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd authorised clinic, you enter into a contract and agree to the following conditions.
3.3 All AudioGrams conducted by All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd authorised facility are billed directly to that clinic.
4. Product Specifications:
4.1 The weights and dimensions of the Products listed on the Website are just estimates.
4.2 All photos are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The sizes of any product on this website, particularly hearing aids, are not represented in their true size.
5. Orders:
5.1 You may place an Order on the Website by following the steps. By submitting an Order, you are making an offer to engage in an agreement to acquire the Product(s) at issue (Purchase Contract).
5.2 Orders are regarded to have been received by All Ears Hearing Pty Ltd when an Order confirmation email is sent to Your chosen e-mail address.
5.3 If an Order is cancelled, any payments paid for that Order will be reimbursed in full. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and reimbursement.
